The Ladies Program
Is a 3-day-a-week workout class designed just for women, offering sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 AM, 6 AM, 6 PM, and 7 PM. Limited to 12 participants per class, this program fosters a fun, supportive, and uplifting environment where women can connect, empower one another, and work toward their fitness goals. Each session focuses on dynamic yet functional movements, blending strength, agility, and flexibility to improve overall fitness. Join us and experience a transformative workout that energizes both body and spirit!


1 on 1 Training
Offers a highly personalized approach to fitness, where you'll work directly with either Daniel or Levy to achieve your specific goals. This program includes a custom-designed plan tailored to your individual needs, ensuring each workout aligns with your aspirations—whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing overall wellness. With focused guidance, expert support, and motivation, you'll have everything you need to reach your full potential.
